Each credit corresponds to one CAD generation. Simple models use 1 credit, while complex multi-part assemblies may use more. Free users get 15 credits per month.
Yes. Changing tiers charges the new plan's full price and starts a new billing cycle immediately. Your remaining credits carry over. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
You keep them. Your plan runs until the end of the period you already paid for, and any unused pro credits stay usable for 1 month after that. Free credits keep resetting monthly as usual.
Free credits reset every month. Pro credits refill on your billing date. You can always upgrade to a higher tier if you need more.
All plans support STEP and STL export. Your models are fully compatible with SolidWorks, Fusion 360, FreeCAD, and any other standard CAD software.
